In addition to my current position as vice president for the SCDWC, I serve as the 2nd vice-chair for the Darlington County Democratic Party and fundraising committee chair for the DCDWC. I’m a wife, mother, and educator and I am active in various other organizations in my community.

Cynthia Watson

Counties: Aiken, Barwell, Lexington, Orangeburg, and Richland
Cynthia is a businesswoman, philanthropist and community advocate. She is the former Field Director of the Richland County Democratic Party and spearheaded the Moving Blue initiative for the 2nd Congressional District. She is a member of the Richland County Democratic Party.
Philisea Matthews

Philisea Matthews is a native of Batesburg-Leesville, SC with a passion for community organizing through digital platforms. She has worked for Gain Power, Higher Heights, Kamala Harris for President, and Biden-Harris Transition Team.

Lori Strater

Lori is a lifelong Democrat and lives in Kershaw County. She currently serves as President of the Kershaw County Democrat Women's organization and the executive committee woman representing Kershaw County at the State Democrat Party.

Latisha is a wife, mother, and forward thinker who is committed to innovation and change. Latisha has a passion for women’s rights, our youth, and serving vulnerable populations. She shows her commitment through philanthropy and community advocacy.
Barbara Carraway

Barbara currently serves as the Membership Chair for the Democratic Women’s Council of Darlington County., Vice- Chair of The Darlington County Democratic Party, Founder of Gospel in the Park Series., Hartsville S.C. Enjoy People.
